The earliest symptoms of pregnancy are feelings of being constantly tired and giddy. Nausea and vomiting may be present from 6 to 8 weeks when the hormone levels reach a peak. If you have been taking your temperature and recording your morning temperature daily, you will notice that the temperature which had risen at around the time of ovulation remains high.

Examination of your breasts will reveal that the area surrounding the nipple has become more pigmented and there are little bumps known as Montgomery's tubercles.
